Biography
Brennan is a seventeen-year-old instrumentalist in his senior year at Dover Area High School. He has studied woodwinds under Mr. Daniel R. Stief III and saxophones under Mr. Stephen Fieldhouse for the past four years. He has participated in the PMEA District VII and All-State Jazz ensembles, as well as the PMEA Lower District VII Concert Band. In the summer of 2007 Brennan attended the Pennsylvania Governor's School for the Arts as a jazz saxophonist, and studied under Dr. Norman David, Mr. George W. Russell, Jr., and Mr. George Burton. Brennan was selected as a finalist in the 2007 Grammy-Baldwin Jazz Ensemble, and is a member of Central Pennsylvania Friends of Jazz Youth All-Star ensemble. He is also a member of the band Runferyerlife, a jazz ensemble made up of students in York County under the direction of Mr. Curt Sipe at Inspire! Studio of the Arts. He performs in the York, Harrisburg and surrounding areas as an alto, tenor and soprano saxophonist, and leads a quartet that has included, but is not limited to the membership of the following:

Brennan would like to thank the above-mentioned musicians and educators for their friendship and assistance in his growth not only as a musician, but as a human being. Thank you all so much.
